What Causes Restless Leg After Tramadol Withdrawal?

hi, I m on tramadol 50 mg I take 1 tablet every 8 hours. sometimes I run a day short due to the fact I cant always get in to see my doctor when my script runs out and I do deal with restless leg as a withdrawl symptom. but my question is my boyfriend had restless the other night just like I do but he isn t on any meds that I know of. should I be concerned? not that I think hes doing it but I have to ask does meth cause this withdrawl as well?

tramadol is analgesic almost equal to narcotics.it is not a specific drug for restless leg. dopamine antagonist is a first preferred drug
