What Causes Restless Leg Syndrome?

My restless legs occur when I am sitting and I can relieve it by walking around, or getting into my nightgown and lying down. I wonder if it is caused by too tight clothing or even constipation. Do you have any insight into this? It never happens in the morning. It mostly begins in the late afternoon, or evening.

Hi,

Usually the symptoms are caused by chronic disease.Other factors, including caffeine use and sleep deprivation, may trigger symptoms or make them worse. I suggest you to do a check up for further evaluation.
