What Causes Restlessness And Discomfort In Lower Part Of The Body?

By mid-afternoon I am noticing that I am restless and uncomfortable in my clothes: lower extremities esp--my slacks esp around my back/waist area, I have to remove my knee highs so there is nothing constricting. I have a variety of auto immune diagnoses but this is a new symptom
