What Causes Restricted Body Growth Despite Taking Creatine And Glutamine?
Hello doctor. I m rasheed i have been working out in gym from 1year and i was very lean and my weight is 54 at the beginning now i am 64. I got some muscles with shape and i have used gym supplements like mass gainers preworkouts creatine and glutamine. My concern is from here i m not able to grow my body its about 2years and i was struck at 65. My height is 5 -10 . Please advise

You should not stick to health supplements alone as it can cause deleterious effects on body. Considering your height your present body weight almost ideal. You can increase protein intake as it will help to improve body mass.
