Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the details given it is clear that the baby is a bit low in weight. Average weight expected st 3 years is about 13 to 14 kgs. It also depends on height and nutrition plus heredity. Adequate nutrition does help.
Cypon Liquid does increase the appetite so helpful in increasing the intake and in turn weight. You may give that for a few weeks. But better to consult pediatrician who is been seeing the child. Thanks.
