What Causes Restricted Movement In Hand Along With Shortness Of Breath?

ON AUG.20 I WOKE UP AND HAVE LOST MOST USE OF MY LEFT ARM, WHEN I USE IT ITS LIKE CYSTIC FIBROSIS(thats all i can think of to compare it to) i also at times now i have shortness of breath just slightly not severe. i also have a numb pain in my left back arm. also back of my head gets numb type headache that comes and goes and my eyes have sharp type pain.

You should definitely be examined for intracranial blood clots by magnetic resonance imaging. Furthermore, risk factors should be investigated (atrial fibrillation, etc.).
