What Causes Retardation Of Growth In Children?

My daughter Ishita is now 13 years old. She was growing tall till 11 years quite normal She attained her puberty by 11 yeasr 6 months and her growth has stalled a bit.She has not grown much in the last 11/2 years. She is 4 ft 10 inch now. Please advise how we can help her grown back to normal/

It all depends on many factors. Genetics is also involved. Hormonal factors like growth hormone, cortisol, thyroid and a lot more.

We have to rule it out what is the main cause. For that, I suggest you to consult an Endocrinologist. He will run a battery of tests and will treat according to the cause.
