i have pain in both rib cage areas for the last 4 years. it started with a viral infection, when it was severe. But now its like my ribs are tender, the pain varies from time to time and sometimes i forget its there. Also have pain in my skull, spinal cord when i touch those bones. Its like the pain spots shift around from spot to spot. Any clues
