What Causes Ribcage, Groin Area And Umbilicus Pain With Discomfort?

Ive been having odd small "pains" or uncomfortable feelings in my lower rib cage at first, then moved on to my right pelvic or groin area and sometimes travels to my belly button area. I've had these symptoms going on for 6 days now. Sometimes i feel nothing wrong and other times i do. I know i do have anxiety issues i just dont know if its linked somehow because i didnt feel it in certain ares until i thought about it and worried about common complications.
