What Causes Ribcage Pain With Sickness And Vomiting Sensations?

My right rib cage hurts. It varies to about the middle down to just below my ribs. When I run i get a sharp pain and it feels like I'm sick and going to throw up but i don't. That usually lasts for about 10-15 minutes and I walk it off. Other than that it only hurts to press on it and sometimes when i bend over or lay down. What's wrong?
