What Causes Ribs And Back Pain After Liver Surgery?

hi can you tell me why i am still getting pain under my right front ribs going round into my back . i have just had operatiion 7 weeks ago had left tube removed they found addesions on my right liver and addesions on my bowel they said my addesions on my right liver would be through haveing my gallbladder out 3years september . please tell why i am still in pain the right side of my ribs into my back
