What Causes Right Arm Pain While Having Breast Cancer?

I have had breast cancer in my left breast. I am now a 4 year survivor. I have had my ovaries removed and started going through menopause 2 years ago. Lately, I have pain under my right arm. Could that possibly be a sign of breast cancer again. I am currently taking Femara.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Not exactly the breast cancer again.
2.There are several complications seen in the cancer patient - like vascular involvement, venous thrombus formation kind of things can cause that symptoms.
3.In this case i would recommend a doppler evaluation of the arm to see any blockage.
4.At the same time to repeat a sonomammo to see any recurrence and axillary lymph nodal evaluation.
5.So regular followup is needed at least 6monthly.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
