What Causes Right Ear Pain And Headache While Sleeping?

I have been having pain on both sides of neck...mostly when I move especially ...can not take a lot of strong medication due to all makes me very sleepy for days....been using muscle rub creams, warm water in shower, , Ibuprofen...no recent accident and trumma....on going now for about 4 weeks...no fever....headache and rt ear pain sometimes especially when I try to sleep...I work different shift as a registration clerk in the ER

Hello,

I believe this can be related to neck vertebral colon issues or cervical spondylitis. You should continue having ibuprofen,use warm compresses and also do physical therapy to help with pain.
