I have pain that started in my right knee and is sensitive to the touch. Since this morning, the pain is now in my right hip and moving upward. Whole right side is now sensitive to the touch. I have psoriatic arthritis but have never felt this pain before.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
as you are a known case of psoriatic arthritis
It itself can lead to pain in joints.
however pain in your case seems more to be of neurological in nature
I believe you might developed a disc herniation however can't say with confidence as I don't have proper history
Take proper rest, you can try pregabalin and activities modifications.
still it would be better if you take an orthopedic consult
