What Causes Right Leg Pain And Headache?

i have been having a right leg pain for almost 6 mths.now it just bothers me to walk or when i lay down,recently i started having really bad headaches 24/7..i'm wondering if this two things could be related?i do have high blood pressure and am on medication..I am a 36 yr.old female....
