What Causes Right Ovary Pain?

i am 23 years old, 2 years back,while lifting bucket my left ovary got twisted so it was too late to reach hospital,so they removed my left ovary. Again now(ie,after 2 years),i am getting pain in my right ovary.Today i am going to hospital for scanning.I dont know what will happen..Is there any chance of survival?
