i am or was a long distance runner,i am having pain in right front quad i am or was a long distance runner.when running i have ache in my front right quad,a feeling of dead leg or pure powerless.it eventually travels into my hip.this happens every time i run its constant.cant do track or speed work nor run up a little hill no more its to much.ive had mri on quad and back which they discovered a dulging disc on left side l4-l5.no damage to muscle nor femer in quad where i have weakness.been to oesteopaths,physios and every sports injury clinic you can imagine and each one have different remedies or exerises to do, but unfortunately to no avail.this is all since last oct 12 mts.at my wits end now.im 38 yrs old.pls if u can expain at least some thing to me as whats wrong.running out off money as well as patience.ps its not sciatia,nor fracture in femer. thats ruled out.thank you kindly anne marie
