What Causes Right Side Abdominal Pain, Bloating, Fatigue And Dizziness?

23, female, right side abdominal pain, bloating, fatigue, tired, nauseous & dizzy spells. headaches every now and again not normal I never used to get them I was diagnosed with cycts on my right ovary looked like a chocolate chip cookie back in Feb the pain has gotten worse in the past two weeks as well as being dizzy and nauseous pain gets worse when I try to sleep at night or do any activity even as much as get up from a chair.

ovarian cysts cause all these symptoms.get an Ultrasound abdomen to know the size and number of cysts.if your periods are are normal you need not worry.if you have menstrual abnormalities like painful menstruation,irregular periods ,ammenorrhea..consult your gynecologist to rule out polycystic ovarian disease or chocolate cysts of ovary,endometriosis.meanwhile take meftalspas tab and laproscopic ovarian drilling will be helpul.
