What Causes Right Side Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have abdominal pain on the right-hand side, just inside the hip bone. The pain comes and goes, lasting days sometimes. It is mostly a dull ache. I have no fever. As for history, I had a complete hysterectomy in 2007 for uterine cancer, and a right hemicolectomy for cancer in 2010. This pain is relatively new. My dr has done a physical exam, an ultrasound, a scan, blood work, and yesterday, I had a colonoscopy. Result: a UTI was found and treated 2 months ago, 8 polyps were removed, but all looks good. All dr could think of was constipation, which is very rare in my case. The pain goes on. What could it be? Thank you for helping me.
