What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Bleeding?

For two weeks now, I have had all the classic pregnancy symptoms. Then last night I felt a pain on the lower right side of my stomach and now I am bleeding- kind of like periods. Yet I still feel pregnancy symptoms. I am confused. I am a 41 year old mother of four. Help

Hi, I think if your periods have delayed, do a urine pregnancy test. It will confirm the pregnancy. If positive consult a doctor. If negative, you may be having premenstrual symptom and now you have got the periods. Hope I have answered your question.
