What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Bloating?

Hi my husband has had a lot of problems with lower right extreme pain and doctors can t have anything wrong. He goes to hospital for pain, he gets a needle. He has lost 60 lbs, was only told he may have a bit fatty liver, he was tired all the time and now his stomach has swelled in size. Normally he is slim

Hello
Your husband has pain at right lower abdomen .
Goes hospital , needle , relief. Lost 60 lbs, tiredness stomach swelling , all these symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Carcinoma large intestine ( colon ) on the right side ( as pain is on the right side lower region) Diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI of this area.
2 Tuberculosis of large intestine . Diagnosis can be confirmed by Montoux's test , blood examination for cbc, ESR .
However , there are so many possibilities of such symptoms but in my opinion consult a gastro-enteologist and get his opinion . The main cause of concern is loss of weight and swelling of abdomen.
