What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain?

I'm having strong pains in my right side abdominal area, i just recently went to the doctors again in October and again in November. It is now December and I'm still having pain, a day after of me getting home from the hospital i came back for pancreatitis. (throwing up green bile) but my question is what could be wrong with me? I;m 17 years of age and without a gal bladder and in pain a LOT of the time. please help thanks!
