Lifestyle plays a major role in causing
back pain, poor posture, sports injuries, obesity, psychological stress, stressful life, etc. Tissue injuries may cause pain due to limited movement, muscle spasms, tenderness, swelling, pain may worsen after sitting or getting out of bed.
You may take NSAIDS,
Naproxen, one SOS for relief. Pain relieving
ointments and sprays may be helpful.
Physical therapy and cold / hot packs may help. Disorders in the internal organs like, kidneys, pancreas, colon or uterus may also present with such symptoms. Get clinically examined, get CT. MRI, Blood &
Urinalysis done, get treated at the earliest.
