Hi Dear,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding concern about your health.

Small bump on right side of tongue filled with puss could be because of number of reasons like lie bumps on tongue due to enlargement of lingual papillae , it could be canker sore but most commonly its because of exposed taste buds. Due to excessive movement of tongue between teeth causes taste buds to get caught between teeth and they become swollen bumps and sooner because of bacterial activity and continued irritation pus gets filled in them. Side effect of blood pressure medications also causes this.

I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene with very super soft tooth brush bristles as hard bristles again will cause irritation. Use gum patches/ paint in the area to anesthetize it and it will cause decreased pain and sensitivity.

Use saliva stimulating agents to prevent it prom drying. Use Lavender oil or tea tree oil on cotton and apply on bump two times a day it will start forming mouth of bump and sooner will pop up as per your query.

Keep using antimicrobial ointment. Honey, coconut oil natural agents you can apply after pop up of puss.

If your condition keeps on persisting visit dentist nearby you, your dentist will take sample from oral mucosa and get biopsy done to find out exact diagnosis.

HOPE YOUR CONCERN HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
