General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Burning pain in the right side of the pelvic area can indicate several conditions but mostly are related to kidney infections. I suggest to do a urine test and a pelvic ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using a spasmolytic to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
