What Causes Right-sided Chest Pain While Coughing?

I have severe chest pains on the right side when I cough. The last few days when this started it is painful in the chest when I move my right side. I am a female so the pain is coming from what feels like top of my chest cavity on the right side. Since it is most painful when I cough or sneeze...could it be a form of pneumonia?

Your symptoms are suggestive of some chest infection for which you can take levoflox or azithro after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest congestion and discomfort. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex three times daily.
