General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to HCM. First of all i want to know whether you met with an accident. or You fell down hurting on right side. If so there could be hair line fracture of ribs. if its sever type of fracture then there could have been associated breathing problem. If this history is not there then i suspect stones in gallbladder which will show pains just like delivery pains(cramp). These are obstructing the duct. Please get one take plain abdominal scan through which you will come to know what has happened. Then take appointement with a surgeon for further treatement. He will guide you. If it is related to ribs, then go to orthopaedician. Take care.
