Hi.
Thanks for writing to us..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of facial twitching seems to be due to Hemifacial Spasms and occurs commonly due to disorders or disturbances associated with Facial Nerve that is seventh cranial nerve and supplies muscles of face..

Any compression caused by a major artery or any tumor or other causes like Viral infiltration of the nerve or traumatic injury can cause the following symptoms..

Other cause can be Trigeminal Neuralgia..
I would suggest you to consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI scan, Electromyogram, Nerve conduction velocity can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be given medication like Carbamazepine, Phenytoin while treatments like Botox injection or surgical correction of compressed nerve root can be done..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
