What Causes Right-sided Headache, Whole Body Pain, Nausea And Tiredness?

i am 22 year old female, i have a disc slip in my lower back. 3 days ago i had a head ache on the right side of my head. then i started getting pains all over my body. my lower back is hurting n my legs, i have nausea and m feeling very very tired all the time

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this is could be defuse muscular pain and this might be wrong posture particularly during sleep, and this can be treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release, and this is not due to the spinal disk, take care and have a nice day.
