What Causes Right-sided Hearing Loss And Numbness In The Cheek While On Azithromycin?

I began taking Azithromycin on Monday (5 day 250MG Dos pack). I suddenly feel like I m having difficulty hearing out of my right ear and there seems to be a bit of numbness in my right cheek. I see that hearing loss is listed as a rare side affect of this drug. Should I seek medical attention tonight? Can it wait until morning when I can contact my doctor? Thanks
