What Causes Right-sided Loss Of Sensation In Buttocks, Groin And Leg?

I have a bit of loss of sensation on my lower back at right side into my buttock groin and thigh down my leg.I have full movement and strenghth and have no problems with sensation of touch Only thing is I cannot feel hot or cold against my skin in these areas

itis neurological problem lost sensation to temperature go for test to touch and fine touch. it is neurological problem and you have to consult neurologist for-clinical examination and advise on treatment.
