What Causes Right Sided Lower Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

I have had pain on my right side and lower abdominal area for the past week, the first couple of days the pain was so severe i couldn t sleep and was extremely constipated. I then tried suppository, milk magnesia,an enema, pepto, and tums . i have also been increasing my fiber intake. I have been able to have bowel movements that are diarrhea. This whole time the pain is the same and the bowel movements are painful for my stomach mainly on my right side and i have no appetite.

drink morewater. take fresh vegetable and fruits.take fiber rich food. avoid fast food and oily foods, take tablet omiprazol and unienzyme.consult gastroenterologist, stool examination and dewarming with albendazole can be done.
