What Causes Right-sided Lower Abdominal Pain During Intercourse?

I ve been having pain on right lower side during certain times in my cycle while having intercourse. My husband and I are also trying to get pregnant we just started trying last month. Does the pain I experienced in July during my fertile time just a cyst that ruptured? And does that mean I ovulate or no? I took an ovulation test this month and it said I was at my peak but I know those don t actually tell you if you will ovulate for sure.

Hi,

After intercourse, you are getting pain in right side of abdomen. It might be due to position during intercourse or it can be due to ovulation pain. Thus, take an anti-inflammatory spasmodic tab like Meftal-spas if there is pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
