General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You are having pain on the right side rib area for few weeks .
Also having dry cough .
A month ago you were also having bronchitis and laryngitis .
All these symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Pleural effusion on the right side , lower lobe . Diagnosis can be confirmed by X-ray chest .
2 Thickened pleura is another most common cause . Again diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well as MRI of the portion.
3 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , also produces such type of mild degree pain with dry cough .
Since , nearly one month passed so this is a cause of concern.
I recommend you please visit a PULMONOLOGIST and get his opinion .
Good luck.
