What Causes Right Sided Nosebleeds Along With Severe Headache?

I m having pressure headaches with sharp pain in my head & then smallnosebleeds always on the right side. It s been goin on now for at least 3-4 weeks on & off. Severe pain in my neck as well, heating pad helps with neck pain. I also discovered a squishy spot in my right arm pit about 2 weeks ago. Seems it s mostly on my right side but do have pain on the left side of my neck & shoulder blade as well. Maybe it s a disc problem in my neck & radiating into neck & arm? Clueless

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like deviated septum and polyps.
