For the first 2 days, I just drank Ali Vera & took garnica & lots of water. Today I had food. Stool no movement. Could this be my pain source ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This type of right side pain over abdomen may be due to spasm or gastroenteritis or kidney stones but it will be very difficult to say only on the basis of symptoms and some descriptions ,so it must be evaluated further by clinical examination and some relevant investigations.

You should undergo routine blood investigations with x- ray abdomen and ultrasound abdomen first to make a diagnosis.

Treatment will be based on underlying cause otherwise you can symptomatic treatment till that like antispasmodics (cyclopam) with antacids like pantoprazole available over the counter.

Consult physician or gastroenterologist for further advise.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
