What Causes Right Sided Pain Between My Hip Bone And Pubic Bone That Radiates Down The Right Leg?

I am 55 yr old woman. I woke up with some tolerable pain in the front panty line area on the right side between my hip bone and my pubic bone. All of a sudden within the last few hours the pain is going down my right leg, around the hip bone and to the very lower back over my right buttock. I thought maybe this pain might be related to my getting up and down from the floor to train my puppy. It hurts pretty bad and I can barely put any weight on my right without my right pelvic area hurting real bad. Will this pass with rest?
