What Causes Right-sided Pain In The Groin And Lower Back Pain?

Hi I have had right groin pain for a few weeks along with right hip pain and lower back pain. Years ago I tore ?cartilage in my right knee & saw a doctor but never had surgery. Do you think cause of my right groin pain is related to these issues thanks.

Hello,

As pain is in the lower back and groin I think it's a nerve root entrapment leading to symptoms.

Doing core stability exercise, back strengthening exercises and hip exercises will help improve the health and fitness status.

Doing balance board training will help improve the joint proprioception and improve the muscle Imbalances if caused any.
