What Causes Right-sided Pain In The Hip And Back?

I have pain in the area of my right hip and right lower back. The pain does not feel like it includes the hip joint but rather is in the tissue around the hip (on the right side and radiating to low right back). The pain is a constant dull ache but worsens when I stand, sit, walk and especially when I twist to lie down or sit up while getting in or out of the bed. I have just recently moved to a new home and wonder if the pain is the result of torn tendon(s) from lifting and moving boxes/furniture. FYI: I have not been out of the country in the last year. Do you have a suggestion about what is causing this pain and what I can to do to get rid of it? Thanks for your help. Nancy

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per your history is concerned your symptom is due to many pathological reasons,as you have pain so take a painkiller (COMBIFLAM) 3 times a day after food to ruled out any type of muscular injury.
Secondly do a blood differential count to see eosinophilia %present or not if present more than 7% take a full course of DEC for 20 days .Thanks
