What Causes Right-sided Pain In The Hip, Knee And Testicle?

For a week or so have experienced aches in right hip, right knee, and little bit in right testicle. Not painful. Started swimming 2-3 weeks ago and wondering if the kicking which thought would be good for me may be aggravating joints. Father had sciatica so worried it may be beginning of nerve damage or arthritis type ailment. Otherwise, am pretty healthy.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are experiencing could be due to overstretching of muscles and ligaments due to swimming.
You can overcome it by doing the following:
1. Take Tablet. Diclofenac with Chloroxazone (Analgesic + Muscle relaxant) after food twice a day for 3 to 5 days.
2. Apply Analgesic gel topically over the affected part.
3. Relax adequately to give muscle proper rest after the swimming sessions.
Gradually, your symptoms should reduce and be back to normal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
