What Causes Right-sided Pain In The Neck, Shoulder And Back?

I am a 49 year old male . Symptoms : tired all the time , constant aching right side of neck just under base of skull down into right shoulder and back seems to never go away some days better than others . Symptoms do not cause me to not be able to work or perform daily activities best way to describe is symptoms constantly there very irritating and just drains all energy and motivation to do anything. Taking alleve , ibuprofen etc. gives very temporary relief but not curing core problem what ever this is . Looking for help to change this

Possible causes of the pain you describe may include: shoulder osteoarthritis, cervical nevralgia.I will advise you see the Doctor for examination.In the meantime, you may continue with your pain drugs and add a myorlaxant like miorel.
