What Causes Right-sided Pain Under Ribs Radiating Around Back And Shoulder?
I have been having this pain on my right side under my ribs that radiates around my back to my shoulder. My Dr. Thinks it might be my gallbladder but I cant get my ultra sound until next week. Today I have no pain but yesterday it hurt so bad. Will an ultrasound show anything if Im not in pain at the time?

You didn't mention the duration of pain.
You are having pain in the right side shoulder with chest and ribs .
No doubt this is a referral pain , such type of pain may be due to rubs in the ribs .
The possibility may be thickened pleura , pleural fluid ( if pain is due to linger duration ) .
However any disease in liver or gall bladder may also be the reason of such pain.
If any disease in ribs , liver or gallbladder , whether pain present or not it will show in ultrasound.
