What Causes Right-sided Pain Under Ribs?

I have pain in my right side under my rib. when I eat I feel sick. my doctor had a CT scan done on me and they found a pocket on my upper intestine which they call coconi duodenal divetriculums. I get light headed and tiered.. I had my gallbladder taken out 9 months ago and I am in pain still. do you think it may be more than what they are telling me because I am also having pain in my lower right side.

if the report is going to be taken right then surgery is indicated. in case of dought you can go for second opinion with repeated investigation.
