General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
It could be an appendicitis or it could be due to gall stones.More over it might be a non specific pain due to gastritis or indigestion, which will subside with few days.
I suggest you to do the following as a first line things:
1.Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy food.
2.Reduce alcohol intake if you have that habit.
3.Antispasmodics like dicyclomine can be taken twice a day.
4.Take antacids like omeprazole in an empty stomach.

If the symptoms persist despite all these you have to consult a general practitioner or a gastroenterologist for detailed evaluation.
1-You have to do an ultrasound to make a diagnosis.
2-Other investigations like endoscopy may be needed depending on the initial evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas
