What Causes Right Temple Tightness With Pain And Pressure?

I have a extreme tightning feeling in my right temple, sometimes occupanied with pain. I'm mostly concerned with the tightness and pressure, as it feels like something is about to pop. Also experiencing a tingly crawly feeling in that area as well. Thaks for your help
