General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think this was a vasovagal reaction due to excessive straining in the toilet. You may need to avoid these actions which can cause this reaction to you. Also, get checked your heart doing an EKG and ultrasound for possible heart issues.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
