My foreskin is slightly painful to retract when erect, and oftentimes rolls back up after a few seconds. It feels very tight when I pull it back to expose my entire glans whilst erect, although it is manageable, 70% of the time, i d estimate. Ontop of this, my glans is quite sensitive to the touch and painful when it is exposed to things like water from the shower or a touch of decent pressure; is there anything I can do to combat these problems?
The problem you are facing is called phimosis. In this condition there is difficulty in retracting your foreskin ranging from mild difficulty to cokplete inability to retract your foreskin. And the sensitivity of your glans is because it has mostly remained unexposed due to your condition. Based on your symptoms if i were your treating doctor i would suggest you to undergo circumcision.
