i am 20 years old recently i had a sex 3 times in a day ! position was not so good... now i found a ring around shaft of my penis just below the head :( its not completly around it but more than half of shaft is covered ! i am confused .. can you help me

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to little trauma because of the friction and this is nothing to worry, keep the area clean, it would be fine within days till then avoid intercourse, hope this information helps, take care.
