What Causes Ring Like Lines On Neck?

I have had two ring like lines around my neck for years as I do not have a thyroid anymore due to an autoimmune disesase. However, I now have a vertical line running through the centre of the the length of my neck which is pinched looking. Do you know what the cause could be please?
