What Causes Ring Worm Like Spots On Legs Despite Using Lotrimin And Clotrimazole?

I have 5 ringworm spots on my legs, they have been there for over a month and a half. I have been using lotrimin and clotrimazole, also an anti-fungal topical oil. There are pimple like spots on the ringworms that occur very often, also the ringworm is purple and dark red. Do I pop the pimples, and are they a good or bad sign? Also, is it bad the ringworm is purple? Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fungal infection then the best option to treat this is Miconazole cream it gives good result in case of fungal infection, if it is not the fungal infection then it will not give any result, differential diagnosis is matter of concern, and it may be allergic reaction tooo hope this information helps.
